The polishing and coloring processes are all done by hand, and it is normal to have imperfections in areas that cannot be colored or polished. Please take note of this before making a purchase, as we do not provide refunds or exchanges for this reason. In the event that you receive a product that is significantly damaged or incorrect, we will gladly accept returns. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to report any issues. We may require photographic evidence or additional information to assess the situation.

At SVIELDA, we make every effort to ensure that the product information displayed on our website is accurate. However, we would like to bring to your attention that the actual color of the product may differ from what is shown in the website pictures due to variations in computer color settings. Please understand that SVIELDA cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies in color between the website images and the actual product.
